What can you do about office posture? How can you improve your posture to help you with your pain, tight areas, respiration, your mood, and your energy levels?
Typically, posture at the desk usually means hunched shoulders, the neck poking forward, and because of that, other ramifications like decreased breathing ability, lowered cognition, and more. Usually exercise or movement interventions in the office space consist of drills nobody is ever going to do. Especially if you add in the fact that most people get embarrassed if they do decide to perform them with their colleagues looking at them with awkward eyes.
That’s why in this video I’m going to show you three very simple drills that you’ll be able to perform at your desk without much movement at all. This will help improve your posture, decrease painful and tight areas, enhance respiration and help you feel a helluva lot better.
Sound too good to be true? Well, it’s not. Watch the video below to learn the three drills (which actually include a handful of variations to each of them) and implement them in your daily life straight away.

Thanks for watching!
Ps. If you have any questions about any of the drills performed in this video, let me know in the comments.
Pps. Sorry for the annoying echo in the audio for most of the video. It was the first time I’ve recorded in such a large space with my lapel mic, so I was not expecting such an annoying reverb. I did my best to remove it in Auditions, but I’m definitely not a sound engineer!
